Xamarin today announced the support for iOS 10 as Apple has now released the latest Xcode’s GM Seed. Xamarin developers can use this updated build along with Xcode GM to submit iOS 10 applications to the Apple AppStore. They are also adding full support for watchOS 3 and tvOS 10 which means your .Net code can now run on even more Apple devices without much additional effort.
How to get started?
- Download the Xcode 8 GM Seed from Apple’s Developer Center and install it to the default location.
- Switch the updater channel for Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio to the Beta channel.
- Install the available updates.
- Check out tvOS 10, watchOS 3 and iOS 10 documentation for more details.
